Welcoming Ministry

"...he welcomed us to his home and for three days entertained us hospitably.' --Acts 28:7

With joy and purpose, the welcome ministry team seeks to eliminate the isolation and fear of a new environment for visitors.  Welcome ministry greeters provide a warm welcome to guests who visit.

The greeters stationed at church doors welcome visitors and regular attendees with a smile, answer questions and offer kind words.  Additionally they direct individuals new to Trinity to ministry opportunities and around the church facility.

The ministry operates the welcome center in coordination with the church office to provide informational resources.

Check out the Welcome Center desk that is located outside the church office after/between services. This is where you can update your family profile, get information about Trinity and the EFCA, or just meet some very friendly people! Visitors can hand in a registration card and receive a welcome bag with additional information about Trinity.

Greeters

To insure that everyone who arrives for our worship services and Bible and Life groups receive a friendly welcome as they join us.  These are the "Front Liners" to let everyone know they are loved and welcomed!

Ushers

To enable men and women to serve at all regular and special worship services.  Ushers are scheduled to help meet and seat guests, support safety/security efforts and perform other duties as needed before, during, and after each service.

Information Center

To provide a fun opportunity for individuals and couples to meet people and to give them pertinent information about our church.

Tape Ministry

To provide an audio recording of each service and special event.  These tapes and books are made available to shut-ins and people in hospitals and nursing homes. Tapes are available immediately after each service at a cost of $1.00.

Traffic Ministry

To assist people who have special needs and assist in traffic flow for all our services and events.

We Care

To help establish an atmosphere of friendliness and warmth as people arrive for worship.  God's love for people is communicated through those who greet others with joy and sincerity and provide special assistance to those in the worship service by helping with children or having a spare Bible ready.
