"Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." -- John 13:34-35
Christians learn a great deal who move from isolated and comfortable pews to graciously bringing daily hope and the Good News of the Gospel to their community and world.
Part of the journey of becoming a committed follower of Jesus Christ entails the much needed care of others in that process.
Whether it's an encouraging note or a meal when you go through hardships, caring for one another is part of what Christ has called us to in His Body, the church. It's also part of our calling to the world around us.
Our care for the world around us is often what wins us an audience with those who previously had no interest in the things of God.
